Hijaz Hajj & Umrah Kafela, established in January 2023, is one of the leading Hajj and Umrah agencies in Bangladesh. Our mission is to provide a comprehensive and all-in-one experience for individuals embarking on the holy pilgrimage of Hajj and Umrah from any city in Bangladesh. As we expand our operations, we are seeking a skilled and experienced CRM Manager to enhance our customer relationship management and ensure a superior client experience.

Job Description:

The CRM Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s customer relationship management (CRM) system to improve customer engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty. This role involves working closely with various departments to ensure that customer interactions are seamless and personalized.

Key Responsibilities:

  • CRM System Management: Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of the CRM system.
  • Customer Engagement: Develop and execute strategies to improve customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and manage customer outreach campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and other communication channels.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure consistent and effective customer interactions.
  • Reporting: Generate and present reports on CRM metrics and campaign performance.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve the customer experience.
  • Training: Train staff on CRM best practices and ensure they are proficient in using the CRM system.

Requirements:

  • ducation: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM management, preferably within the travel or religious tourism industry.
  • Skills:
    1. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
    2. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    4. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
    5. Knowledge of email marketing and social media strategies.
  • Language: Proficiency in Bangla and English is required. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  • Personal Attributes: Strong ethical standards, cultural sensitivity, and a commitment to customer service excellence.
