• Comment: My spiritual journey of Umrah, accompanied by my beloved wife and our two-year-old son, Zulqarnain, was an experience that left an indelible mark on our hearts. The emotional attachment we developed with Mecca and Medina during this pilgrimage was profound, and the unwavering support of Hizaz Hajj and Umrah Kafela left us spellbound.
  
  From the initial contact with Hizaz Hajj and Umrah Kafela, we were met with the utmost professionalism. Their dealings were transparent and efficient, setting the tone for a journey that would be both spiritually enriching and hassle-free.
  
  The pre-embarkation training provided by the agency was knowledge-enriching. It ensured that we were mentally and spiritually prepared for the journey ahead. The detailed guidance and information imparted during this phase were instrumental in alleviating any anxieties we might have had.

We were truly blessed to have such knowledgeable companions on this spiritual quest.
  
  Finally, our Umrah journey with the support of Hizaz Hajj and Umrah Kafela was a remarkable experience. Alhamdulillah, we are grateful for the seamless and spiritually enriching journey we undertook. May Allah forgive us all and accept our prayers and efforts. We hope that insha Allah, Hizaz Hajj and Umrah Kafela will continue to change the general perception about travel agents, offering collaborative support to many more Muslims who aspire to witness the holy cities of Mecca and Medina.
