Battle of the Trench - Also known as the Battle of the Trench or the Battle of the Confederates, occupies a significant place in Islamic history. The Muslims of Yathrib had a 27-day-long defense from the Arab and Jewish tribes of Sayyid al-Shuhada (Uhud burying ground).

It was the site of the second battle between the Muslims and the disbelievers. The Battle of Uhud was fought on March 19, 625 AD between a force from a small Muslim community in Madina.
