  • Airport transport waiting time is limited to a maximum of 90 minutes from the flight schedule.
  • Hijaz Hajj & Umrah Kafela is not liable for any lost luggage or valuables.
  • No refunds are available for partially utilized or no-show services.
  • The package is subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

Special notes: As per Saudi Hajj-Umrah policy, the Sold Package is fully non-refundable, non-changeable, and non-transferable.

Payment policy
  • Online booking: Any iumpsum amount
  • Package confirmation: 60% of the package price.
  • Before departure: 40% of the package price.
  • Additional service fee: Any additional service fee shall be paid during the ziarah tour. For example, extra food, hotel room change, customized tour, on-demand private car /taxi, etc.
  • No overdue is allowed.
